• Here is how we calculate the delivery deadline: if you place an order on Monday, the 1st of the month the delivery deadline would be Friday, the 5th of the month. If the order is placed over the weekend, it is considered as being placed on the following business day, being Monday. The delivery deadline would be Friday of the following week.
• Orders must be over $200 to qualify the $44 credit. Orders under $200 will receive a 10% discount off the order in place of the $44 credit. Orders shipped via Freight truck are not eligible for the delivery credit. We do not always know if something will ship via truck, it is at the manufacturers discretion.
• Items that are back ordered or out of stock are not eligible for the delivery credit. We will notify you as soon as possible if something is found to be back ordered and you will have the opportunity to cancel that item if desired.
• We cannot be responsible for delays with UPS or FedEx due to extreme weather conditions.
• Holidays and weekends do not count as business days.
• Due to holiday schedules of parcel companies and warehouse closures, we cannot guarantee delivery times from Wednesday, December 21st through Monday, January 2nd. Orders will still be processed, shipped, and you will be notified as quickly as possible. You may still receive your order within the specified delivery time frame.
• 4 Day $44 credits are issued on a per order basis, not per item. Only 1 4 Day $44 credit can be issued per order.
• Offer applies to new orders only. Replacement orders are not eligible for the 4 Day $44 credit.
• Only standard products qualify for our 4 Day $44 guarantee. Special lamping, custom finishes, bulbs, or made-to-order products are NOT eligible for a 4 Day $44 credit.
• Open Box items are not eligible for 4 Day Delivery. We will guarantee 1 Week Delivery for those items and credit will be issued based on a 1 Week deadline.
• Our Quick Delivery guarantee is not offered on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
