Constructed from durable cast aluminum, heavy spun, and stamped steel, the fan ensures longevity and robust performance, backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
Directional Airflow and Installation
The Bianca Direcional fan head offers infinite positioning within a 180-degree arc, allowing precise adjustment of airflow direction both forward and reverse. This feature optimizes air circulation and enhances HVAC efficiency when installed near heating, ventilation, or air conditioning ducts. The fan mounts via a stem hanging method and includes a standard 10-inch downrod, with optional 5", 20", and 30" downrods available to accommodate ceiling heights up to 30 inches. Downrods are designed for easy field cutting and are not threaded. The fan is equipped with a flat ceiling canopy and is not compatible with vaulted ceiling canopies.
Performance Specifications
Featuring a 31-degree blade pitch and a blade span of 13 inches, the fan delivers efficient airflow with 815 cubic feet per minute (CFM) at low speed and 1199 CFM at high speed. It operates with a Decora-style 3-speed wall switch included in white, providing convenient speed control. The fan’s motor mount and fan head knob are crafted from genuine marbleized Bakelite, contributing to its distinctive aesthetic and durability.
Blade Options and Safety
The Bianca Direcional fan offers multiple blade configurations to suit different preferences and environments: metal blades with decorative metal blade guards, solid ecologically harvested Brazilian mahogany blades without guards, and metal blades with metal safety cages designed for low ceiling applications (minimum ceiling height of 7 feet in the US and 8.2 feet in Canada). Safety cages are available separately for enhanced protection in low clearance installations.
