WAC Limited - PS-24DC-U60R-BT - Basics and Gemini - 60W Class 2 Electronic Transformer In Functional Style-1 Inches Tall and 3.62 Inches Wide

This class 2, UL & cUL listed enclosed electronic transformer is used to power Basics & Gemini Tape Light by WAC Lighting. Class 2 transformers are intrinsically safer transformers because they are compartmentalized to allow no greater than 5 amps of current to be drawn on each compartment. Enclosure cover is easy to remove. Transformer has knockouts with clips for line voltage wiring. Secondary low votlage wiring for class 2 transformers do not require conduit sheathed cable or clamp wiring techniques. This transformer has a low minimum load requirement of 1W to allow the use of LED products. May be dimmed using an electronic low voltage dimmer. Includes a 72in lead wire for Basics & Gemini, longer lead wires (T24-BS-EX2) are sold separately.
Fully enclosed remote power supply with knockouts and clips for line voltage wiring. Soft start, short and overload circuit protection features. For use with WAC Lighting Basics & Gemini Tape Light systems.

Secondary wiring for Class 2 transformers does not require conduit sheathed cable or clamp wiring techniques. Suggested low voltage wire type (Sold separately): 14 - 18 guage stranded or solid. Non-metallic sheathed cable may be used for secondary wiring in walls and ceilings.
Input Voltage: 120-277VAC, Output Voltage: 24VDC. Available in 60W and 96W options.
Smooth and continuous dimming with an electronic low voltage (ELV) or TRIAC dimmer. Dimmers should always be installed on the primary side of the transformer.
Standards: UL & cUL Listed for Damp Locations IP20 rated. CEC Title 24 & ADA Compliant.
