All orders under $200 require a $15 Shipping and Handling Fee. All orders that exceed $200 are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping applies to ground shipments in the continental United States only. Often times we will have special promotions where we offer free shipping regardless of your total purchase. When this is the case you will see a FREE SHIPPING coupon on the product page of the product you are considering.

The $200 total is made up of the subtotal of products in your cart for the regular price of the item. If you are part of our SPECIAL BUYER PROGRAM the total in your cart is made up of the price before the discounted price. Yet another advantage to signing up!

Quick Shipping:

Most items ship out from the warehouse within 24 - 48 hours from the time the order is placed. We work with the manufacturer to have your order processed and shipped in the fastest time possible, however this is not a guarantee. Items must be in stock. Quick Shipping only applies to orders that are shipped to the continental United States, orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer to process. Quick Shipping does not apply to all manufacturers.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska:

Free Shipping is limited to the Continental United States, however, we will ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders that ship to HI/AK will have a shipping surcharge which will be calculated and displayed during the ordering process.

Shipments to Canada:

All orders shipping to Canada will be shipped "Duties and Taxes collect", the shipping charge will be calculated and billed to the customers credit card at the time of shipment. Unless the item or brand is a part of our "Pay No Fees to Canada" promotion, in which case the shipping and duties and taxes will be covered by Styles of Lighting.

Back Ordered Merchandise:

In the unlikely event an item happens to be out of stock, the lead-time to receive an item is usually 2 to 3 weeks. If there is particularly long backorder on an item, we will notify the customer as soon as this information becomes available to us. Our estimated ship time of two to three weeks is not a guaranteed estimate but is the industry average for shipment turnaround times.
